Q: How does "Buy Three DVDs, Get One Free" work?
A: Choose one Free DVD for every three purchased in your order. Simply add one (1) DVD from the Free DVDs section to your cart for every three (3) DVDs that you are buying. Your shopping cart will adjust the prices automatically. It's just that easy.
Q: Do you really ship orders the same day?
A: Yes! In-stock items for orders placed before 3PM (Pacific) Monday - Friday are shipped the same day! Otherwise your order will be shipped the next business day.
Q: What if an item is out-of-stock?
A: Our site is updated in real-time as our inventory changes. Most of the items on our site are in stock! In the event that we do have to backorder an item, we will usually hold the order for a few days to receive the backordered item(s) and ship everything together.
Q: What are your shipping charges? (US/Domestic/APO/FPO)
A: All domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. This includes orders shipping
to US military APO and FPO addresses as well as the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
This service averages 2-4 days delivery time. The shipping and handling charge is $6.95 per order regardless of the number of items.
Q: What are your shipping charges? (International)
A: International orders are shipped via International Priority Mail which average 10 business days. Occassionally we see delivery times as high as 15 business days due to customs delays. Orders to Canada are shipped at a flat rate of $19.95 regardless of the number of items. Orders to Europe and Australia are shipped at a flat rate of $24.95 regardless of the number of items. The cover art will be included, however the plastic cases may be removed when 3 or more DVDs are ordered.
If you need the cases, the shipping charge will vary depending upon the weight and destination.
Q: How are customs, duties and fees handled? (International)
By law we must include appropriate customs documentation declaring the package to be "merchandise" with the correct value (less shipping cost). Officials in the destination country may impose additional customs fees, duties and/or taxes (such as VAT) on your purchase. In any case, the customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes and other fees imposed in the destination country.
Q: Can I have my order shipped overnight?
A: Special delivery options are available upon request for credit card orders. There is a place on the order form where you can put any special handling instructions. The carrier's published fee will be added to your total before processing your credit card. Note: PayPal users may have to manually send payment for the additional shipping cost.
Q: Will Adult Video Nation show up on my credit card or PayPal statement? I don't want anything showing that I'm buying Adult DVDs.
A: For billing purposes, the payee will show up as "Video Nation" (I.E. the word "Adult" will not show). All charges originate in the United States and are billed in US Dollars.
Q: What sort of packaging do you use? Will my mailman know that I'm buying Adult DVDs?
A: Your selections are sent in USPS supplied packaging. The return address will show as "V.N.I." For US orders, there is no indication of the contents on the outside of the box. International orders have the description of "DVDs" on the customs form.
Q: Are there any limitations on where my order can be shipped? (US/Domestic)
A: Unfortunately, yes. To respect community standards, we have chosen not ship to Alabama, Oklahoma, and Utah. Furthermore we may restrict certain subject matter to other areas if we believe the content might be considered to be outside of the community standards. It is your responsibility to know and follow the local laws and community standards for your area when ordering from our website.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes. Presently we can ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and The United Kingdom. When checking out, use the comments field if necessary to complete your address. Again, it is your responsibility to know and follow the local laws and customs for your area when ordering from our website.
Q: Can you ship to PO BOX, APO and FPO addresses?
A: Yes. Because we use USPS Priority Mail, we can ship to PO BOX, APO and FPO addresses.
Q: Do you have a secure server/connection? Is it safe to use my credit
card over the internet?
A: Yes, it is safe to use your credit card on our website. In addition to using industry standard SSL encryption, Video Nation is scanned for malware and vulnerabilities daily.
Q: Which types of credit/debit cards do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Credit, Debit, Cash and ATM Cards issued by or bearing the logo of PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. We cannot accept other payment cards such as "Switch" at this time.
Q: Can I pay by Cashier's Check or Money Order?
A: Yes. If you would like to use a cashier's check or money order to pay for your purchase, please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions.
Q: Can you send me a catalog by mail?
A: No. Sorry, because our product line changes so quickly we do not publish a paper catalog. Our selection changes New Releases are added while discontinued products sell out.
Q: What is your exchange policy for defective discs?
A: We will replace any defective item with the same title. If the same title is not
available, we will subsitute a similar item of equal value.

You must notify us within 15 days of receiving the defective product.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned items. This is the industry standard and primarily due to the fact that DVDs are easily duplicated. If you have special circumstances under which you need to return any unopened items, please contact us first for a return authorization.
Q: The USPS Delivery Confirmation page says the Post Office
has not yet received my package (or some other mysterious message). Where is my order?
A: We use Delivery Confirmation, which is different from Tracking. The Post Office
is only required to scan the package when it is delivered. If it has been more than 5 business days (US) or 15 business days (International)
since we shipped your order and you have still not received it,
please contact us.
